Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellation
Account owners can cancel an active subscription from Billing. Cancellation is scheduled for the end of the current paid period, and access normally continues during that grace period.
Plan changes
Plan and billing-interval changes use the current selling price. Existing resources are preserved after a downgrade, but creating more resources may be blocked while over a new limit.
Refunds and withdrawal
The application does not promise automatic discretionary refunds. Mandatory consumer remedies and applicable EU distance-contract withdrawal rights remain available and are not waived by this policy. Contact Billing for review.
Taxes
Taxes may apply depending on customer location and payment configuration. Current Slovenian VAT registration status is not used as a substitute for transaction-specific tax treatment.
