Terms of Service
Version 1.0 · Effective 2026-08-16
Agreement and operator
These Terms form an agreement with Poslovne storitve, Marc Jeroen Witteveen s.p., trading as Block A Country. Creating an account requires affirmative acceptance of the current Terms version.
Eligibility and authority
You must be legally able to contract and, when acting for an organization, authorized to bind it. Keep credentials secure and maintain accurate account information.
Service and authorization
The service manages policies, datasets, configuration generation, supported provider deployment, verification, and analytics. You must own or be authorized to administer each Website and provider account you connect.
Policies and configurations
You control policy decisions and remain responsible for reviewing impact, lawful use, trusted access, and deployed origin configuration. Generated, deployed, and verified are distinct states.
Third-party services
Cloudflare, Google, Stripe, and other chosen services have separate terms and availability. OAuth authorization can be revoked; existing deployed rules may require separate provider-side removal.
Plans, billing, renewal, and taxes
Paid subscriptions renew for the selected interval until cancelled. Prices, limits, and billing frequency are shown before checkout. Taxes may apply based on location and payment configuration. Plan changes may replace grandfathered pricing with the then-current price.
Cancellation and consumer rights
Cancellation normally takes effect at period end. Mandatory consumer withdrawal, digital-service remedies, refunds, and other non-waivable rights remain unaffected. See Cancellation and Refunds for operational details.
Acceptable use and responsibilities
Follow the Acceptable Use Policy, applicable law, provider terms, and documentation. Maintain recovery access and test changes appropriate to your environment.
Data, privacy, and intellectual property
The Privacy Policy and DPA describe processing roles. You retain rights in customer data and instructions. Block A Country and its software, branding, and documentation remain protected by applicable intellectual-property law.
Suspension and termination
Access may be restricted for credible security threats, unlawful use, material breach, non-payment, or risks to others, using proportionate action where practical. Termination does not erase obligations or records that must survive.
Availability, warranties, and liability
The service is provided with reasonable care but IP data and third-party systems can be incomplete or unavailable. No term excludes liability or mandatory rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. Liability allocation, indemnity, governing law, and dispute terms require qualified legal review before production.
Changes and contact
Material Terms changes should receive reasonable notice and a new version. Continued paid use may require renewed acceptance where appropriate. Use the configured Legal or General contact for questions.
